↟ First thing in the morning, we will have a Kickoff call via Zoom to go over your submitted content.

↟ By mid-day, I will deliver a password-protected draft of the website.

↟ Client to compile all edits.

Day 2

↟ Client to deliver all requested edits in a single email by 12pm MST.

↟ I will complete your requested edits as soon as they are received.

↟ Once edits are finished, I will complete final checks & connect your accounts.

Day 3

↟ Launch day! We will have a meeting via Zoom to launch your new site. I also teach you how to make your own edits and transfer any deliverables.

❗️It is critical that you are readily available during our project dates. Do not pick project dates that coincide with days you do not plan on working. Quick feedback and responses are expected to stay on schedule. Additional fees may be incurred if project needs to be extended as a result of untimely feedback/response.

Week 1

↟ MONDAY: We will have a Kickoff call to go over your submitted content. I will develop a Moodboard & Color Palette if needed.

↟ WEDNESDAY: I will present a draft home page to confirm the design direction.

↟ FRIDAY: I will deliver a password-protected draft of the website.

↟ FRIDAY - SUNDAY: Client to compile all requested edits in a single email.

Week 2

↟ MONDAY: Client to deliver requested edits to Designer.

↟ MONDAY - WEDNESDAY: I will complete your requested edits. The deadline for edits is 12 pm MST on Wednesday.

THURSDAY: I will work on Mobile Optimization, complete final checks & connect your accounts.

↟ FRIDAY: Launch day! We will meet to launch your new site. I also teach you how to make your own edits and transfer all deliverables.

The standard payment schedule is as follows:

↟ 25% is due upon signing the contract as a deposit to hold your spot on my calendar. This payment is non-refundable.

↟ 50% due on/before the start of the project. All projects start on a Monday.

↟ 25% on/before the last day of the project. All projects end on a Friday.

I can be flexible with most payments as long as each invoice is paid in full on/before each milestone. The 25% deposit is required to hold your dates. Please include any requests or questions regarding this in your application.

↟All website services requires you to have a solid brand foundation to work from. If you don’t have this, you may want to consider my Brand & Website Bundle.

↟You will be responsible for providing all content and images to be used on the website. Your Website Content Planner will be sent to you within 1-2 business days of officially booking the project. This must be completed and submitted the week prior to the project start date, so I have the content needed to design your website. When booking your project dates, please be sure to give yourself adequate time to fully complete the guided to-do list(s) before the project starts. If adequate content is not provided by the project start date, I reserve the right to use AI services to generate placeholder content, for an additional fee. I am not responsible for the accuracy of the AI generated content.

↟ You are responsible for providing credentials and/or creating any accounts needed for third-party integrations. We handle your sensitive information with care and these details are never stored or shared. Some accounts may require fees or subscriptions - you will be responsible for any additional costs associated.

A website page is limited to 2,000 words or 5 sections whichever is more.

These are pages that most websites need, but aren’t in the main navigation, and typically include:

↟ A mobile-friendly page with multiple links for your Instagram bio

↟ Legal terms (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, etc)

↟ “Error 404” (custom redirect page for broken links)

↟ “Thank you” page to redirect to after form submissions

These do not include the legal terms, just the layout for them. You must supply your own legal policies. If you don’t have them, I am happy to share my resources with you, but you will need to buy them separately.

Branding, copywriting, Squarespace hosting fees, domain fees, additional pages, shop set up, membership areas set up, courses set up, some fonts, Terms & Conditions verbiage, Privacy Policy verbiage and any other required legal language. Some of these services can be added to your package, see available add-ons for pricing.

No, I do not. You are responsible for providing the content for your website. This is part of the “homework” you are expected to complete prior to our project start date.
